Observance
of Laws and Ordinances
1. When we handle personal information (those that can distinguish
an individual.), we observe duty established in several laws and
ordinances about protection of personal information and in guideline
of a minister.
Usage of Personal Information
2. When we handle personal information, we will set the certain
purposes for using them, and will use them only for the purposes
that we announced or stated except for a case we received an agreement
of the customer beforehand and for a case of exception by laws
and ordinances.
Clear Statement / Publication of Intended Use
3. We will state the intended use and the necessary information
such as a "Contact Us" E-mail address clearly and try
to acquire customers’ information after having got an agreement
from them.
In addition, we may record the information we obtained through
business or inquiry, but they will be used only to cope with customers’
demand quickly and adequately.
Personal Information of a Minor
4. If we are to acquire the personal information from a child
under 15 years old, we will pay special attention on handling
those, such as asking their parent’s agreement before obtaining
the information from their children.
Safety Control Measures
5. We will try to update customers’ information we received and
will conduct appropriate safety control measures in order to protect
them from illegal access, falsification, and a leakage.
Provision to the third party
6. We will not provide the information we received from the customer
unless we get the agreement from them except the case approved
by the laws and ordinances.
In addition, we use a opt-out system (the 23rd article, Clause
2 of the law about protection of personal information) and does
not provide personal information to the third party without recognition
of the customer.
Request of Disclosure
7. If a person wishes to disclose, correct, or eliminate his/her
personal information, we will cope with his/her request immediately
after identify verification, based on the rules of laws. Please

Correspondence to a Complaint
8. We will cope with the complaint from the customers and develop
the appropriate in-house system for handling the personal information.
Continuous Improvement of the In-house
System
9. We will try continuously to reinforce and improve in-house
system of handling personal information we received through enforcement
of maintenance of inside official regulations, employee education
and appropriate internal audit.
